Gift Wrap - We will gift-wrap any purchase and ship it anywhere in the contiguous United States, including Puerto Rico. Just be sure to check the GIFTWRAP section on the order form and indicate your message in the comment area. Our compimentary wrap is a craft box with a ribbon which has a simple, elegant look. Just note you'd like this in your comment area. Otherwise, check "giftwrap" and for $2 we will wrap your gift in beautiful, multi-colored paper and we'll attach the gift card with your brief message prior to shipping.

Artist Card – Half the fun of getting a hand-made gift is knowing about the artist or how the item is made. We include an information card about the artist and their work with every product so you or the recipient can have an understanding of what is unique about it. If there are any special care instructions that we have noted in our product description, those are also included.
Special Requests – If there is a certain handmade item you are looking for but did not see, or have any special request, please just ask- we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Just call in or email your request.
Return Policy - Any item may be returned for credit to the purchaser's card, or an exchange. If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please call toll free 1-888-492-7777 for instructions. Otherwise, return the merchandise in its original packaging and condition for a refund.
